What's FLECO?

It’s an online marketplace for hybrid working spaces enabling users to search for available seats/desks based on location and directly book it by paying via the FLECO portal.

How is it different from other similar coworking websites/portals?

FLECO is designed to reduce friction for users looking for coworking spaces and enable them to book seats on-demand. Partners/coworking spaces get instant bookings without any need for the sales team or their sales team having to spend minimal time in sales conversions.

What's needed from you to onboard your platform?

Property Name, address, contact person and contact details (Email, Mobile number), Property Images, PAN Card, GST number (optional), Bank Details for transferring booking amounts.

How does this work?

Partner lists their property, adds seat availability, and FLECO markets the property on the website for users to search and book.

How much does FLECO charge for this?

For now, FLECO operates on zero commission meaning partners get all the amount that the user pays minus the applicable taxes.

How does Partner know about bookings?

Our space partners will get their dashboard via Partner login. All confirm bookings and history reports are accessible through this dashboard. Additionally, partners can manage all property, seat availability, price, discounts, bookings through partner admin panel.

How are the payment and settlement policy?

All successfully completed bookings shall be cleared within 15days of consumption.
